Vince "Bruce" McGraw.   Contact Bruce at vincemcgraw@hotmail.com. Tee choice changes are only allowed once per quarter at the start of the quarter - i.e. Jan 1, Apr 1, Jul 1, and Oct 1.  Submit your request prior to the start of the quarter.
